Fire department shift calendars

Do this on your iPhone or your Mac — either one works, and it syncs to the rest of your devices.
Add to CalendarTap the button and iOS shows your shifts with an Add All button. They come in as ordinary events you own — edit them, recolor them, or delete one when you trade it away.
To keep them on their own calendar, make it before you import: Calendar app → Calendars → Add Calendar, name it (say “A Division”), then pick it when the import asks. iOS can only import into a calendar that already exists — it won’t create one, and nothing in the file can change that.
Three colors means three calendars. Apple colors a whole calendar at a time, never a single event. For A red, B blue and C green on an iPhone, go back and add each division separately into its own calendar, then color the three calendars.
Prefer the file itself? Download it and open it from the Files app — not from your browser, whose share sheet has no Calendar option.
Do this on a computer. The Google Calendar phone app can’t import calendar files — import once at a desk and it syncs down to your phone.
Download the fileOpen Google Calendar → the gear icon → Settings → Import & export → Import. Choose the file, pick which calendar to add it to, then Import. To keep the shifts separate, use Other calendars → Create new calendar first, then import into that.
Giving each division its own color takes three edits, not seventy-two: each division is a single repeating series. Click any A Division shift → the pencil → the color dropdown → Save → All events. Repeat for B and C.
